  • There are two hotel options on the same property as the show site. The Eisenhower Hotel, which allows dogs, is a short walk across the parking lot to the All Star Conference Center where Conformation/Grooming and Vendors are located. The Eisenhower Hotel is currently on a waitlist. The Aspire hotel is connected to the Eisenhower Hotel, is more recently renovated and does not allow dogs. There is also a block of rooms reserved at the Country Inn and Suites about 10 minutes from the show site. Rooms are less expensive and they are waiving the pet fee for us. The Country Inn and Suites is near outlets, shopping, and restaurants.

    • The Eisenhower Hotel is currently on a wait list. Specialty guests very quickly booked the entire hotel. This is the only on-site dog-friendly hotel. If you or someone you know has booked a room they do not need, please release it back into the block. Also, if you booked a room at the Eisenhower and are not travelling with dogs, please call the hotel to change your room to the Aspire Hotel.

      Deluxe Room 2 Queen Beds: $129 per night + tax of 11%

      Deluxe Room 1 King Bed: $129 per night + tax of 11%

      Balcony Room 2 Queen Beds: $139 per night + tax of 11%

      Balcony Room 1 King Bed: $139 per night + tax of 11%

      Deluxe Room Poolside 2 Queen Beds: $139 per night + tax of 11%

      Deluxe Room Poolside 1 King Bed: $139 per night + tax of 11%

      The Eisenhower Pet Fee: One time, non-refundable fee of $50; limit of 4 dogs per room. You will be given plastic to put under crates. All dogs are required to be crated while unattended in the room. 

      Hot breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. All rooms have a mini-fridge, microwave, single cup coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/ironing board.

      Transfer of Reservation: The person making the reservation can transfer responsibility for the room to a roommate they listed on the reservation at the time the reservation was made. Otherwise, canceled reservations will be made available to the next person on the WaitList.

      Reservations may be canceled up until 3pm 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Any rooms not canceled in this timeframe will be subject to a one night’s stay charge.

      The Aspire Hotel is a more upscale hotel. NO DOGS, unless service dogs, permitted at the Aspire. The Aspire will be the site for Health Fund Auction, Top Twenty Gala, Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner and Judges Dinner. It is next door to the Eisenhower Hotel, which can be reached via a covered walkway.

    • The Specialty has a block of rooms reserved at the Country Inn and Suites in Gettysburg, about 10 minutes from the show site. Rooms rates are quite attractive and the hotel is waiving the pet fee for our group. This hotel is nearer to the action in Gettysburg than the hotels at the show site.
