Lucy is lovey, gentle, and in a very Bernerly way, stubborn! She is growing old gracefully while still taking excellent care of our family every day. Her favorite activity is to ride in the truck to visit a neighboring farm and their cows. She loves the cows. And the calves!

Mozzie has earned 42 titles across five different sports, but his best award ever was the PAL award for being the oldest dog at the National Specialty in 2023. He has taught me volumes about being a good teammate and coach. We have always focused on loving each other first and sports second, so I didn't make him participate in draft because the shafts were terrifying to him. While he's not as spry as he used to be, I feel blessed to still have him with me, and we embrace the "every day is a gift" motto and spend quality time cuddling and still play at scent work which was his favorite sport. Blanket Rocketship embodies the true spirit of the breed. Though he may be long in the tooth, Blanket is enormous in heart and soul, and he's never met a soul he didn't lean on, throw his head back, and howl for a good old rub. Blanket isn't just a dog; he's a beloved member of a loving family, a true protege to his five humans, a guiding presence to his younger Bernese brother, and a gentle giant to two furry kitties who share his home. With an air of elegance and infinite patience, Blanket rules the house with a kind and wise demeanor that has endeared him to everyone he meets. A more polite and big-hearted furry boy is not likely to be found. His still soft, plush coat and gentle eyes make him the spitting image of a giant teddy bear, and his presence never fails to warm the hearts of those around him. Blanket is the love of his family's life, and they cherish each day with him as an invaluable gift. Blanket exemplifies the enduring love, grace, and wisdom that come with age, and he continues to inspire and bring joy to all who are fortunate enough to know him.

Dylan loves road trippin, laying in a snow drift chewing on a bone during a snow storm and digging hole to save it for another storm. His favorite night of the week is pizza night. He loves his home cooked meals and dessert cookie! He gets very excited when children come to visit. We are so blessed to have him in our lives for the past 12 years. Looking forward to another blessed year with this gentle affectionate boy!

Denali was the epitome of a gentle giant and everything you could ask for in a Bernese. She impressed everyone she met with her calm and devotion. She took a part of our hearts when she left us, but she left a part of hers with us and everyone she met. We are so lucky to have had her for the 11.8 years she was with us.

We lost Zurri in July and it's still hard to accept. We had her for 12 glorious years. But even 12 more would not be enough. She was an amazing companion. I miss so much about her, but especially our morning bed snuggles, her love for second breakfast and her soulful eyes.

Rita, The Dowager Countess, loves life. She goes on her daily walks and visits neighbors. She loves the attention and treats she is given. Rita enjoys being with her people along with two of her children and three grandchildren. Once in a while, she romps with them in the backyard. Her favorite food has become tomatoes!

Daisy was a love sassy girl her whole life.. She was loved, by her family. sassy and full of life until the end...

Spice was our life of the party girl. Our big fun loving girl was always up for an adventure. We had to say good bye to our beautiful Spice this year. We love you Spice and you are missed every day!

As you can tell from her muddy face,Vista s still living large. We love her puppy bows, snuggles and yes her hole digging. We are so blessed to have this amazing girl at 12!!!

I had decided on Choice's name before I even saw her. In the midst of lots of puppies that were jumping around biting my shoes, she sat next to me and looked me like saying "I’m here, It's me". In reality SHE choose me to give my family the love, patience and silent sensitivity that she gives.
