‘Berner Hospitality’ Tent — User Guidelines

Dogs kept in the ‘Berner Hospitality’ tent must be crated or on leash and under control at all times.

Berners may be crated in the tent from 7am to dusk only – no overnight crating permitted.

Berners may be left unattended in crates.
— Guests are responsible to check dogs as often as is necessary to ensure their dog’s comfort.
(Be aware – high temperatures or inclement weather conditions may require guests to check on their dogs frequently.)
— Guests should use good judgment when leaving dogs unattended in soft sided crates.

Berners may not be left in unattended X–pens.

Crates and x–pens may be stored under the tent overnight, but must be collapsed and stacked in the designated area by 9 pm.

Owner identification must be posted on all crates/x–pens.

Guests should plan to bring their own dogs’ water and food dish(s).
— Sharing water or food dishes with dogs that are not ‘family members’ can result in transfer of illness between animals.

∗ Please note:
— The ‘Berner Hospitality’ tent will not be supervised by the show committee.
— All personal items and Berners kept in the ‘Berner Hospitality’ tent are the responsibility of guests.

∗ Rules for guest use of the ‘Berner Hospitality’ tent will be posted in the tent.∗
